Where do we manufacture?

We design and manufacture our caps and garments in Madrid. The production of our articles with top quality materials is a maxim when it comes to wanting to convey with our brand the comfort and quality demanded by our customers.

Payments

¿Cómo puedo pagar mis compras?

You can pay for your purchases through PayPal, the safest way to buy online. If you do not have a PayPal profile, we encourage you to create your personal account, it is very quick and easy and at no cost to the consumer.

Within the payment with PayPal, there is the option of payment by credit card, it is not necessary to be registered on the platform to make the payment effective.

Am I buying on a secure website?

Our website has a secure server that guarantees the privacy of all users.

In addition So-mad.es complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 by which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at all times, ensuring the correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data. To do this, together with each personal data collection form, in the services that the user may request from So-mad, it will inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions for the processing of their data in each case, informing you of the responsibility of the created file, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the treatment and the communication of data to third parties, where appropriate. Shipping

¿Cuánto va a costarme el envío?

Shipping costs in Spain are free for orders over 50 euros.

For orders less than 50 euros, or for orders outside of Spain, the shipping costs are:

— National (Península): 5,5 euros.

— National (Islas Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla): 5,5 euros.

— Europa : 10,5 euros.

— International (all the world): 15 euros.

What is the delivery time of the order?

The delivery time of the order in Spain is 4 to 5 business days.

Delivery times refer to business days and are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouses. Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday (not holidays).

The delivery time of the order outside Spain varies depending on whether the delivery is within Europe, with delivery within the European continent being 6 to 7 business days later of the order processing and outside the continent between 10 and 15 days.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do international shipments. The delivery time of the order outside Europe varies, being the delivery outside the European continent between 10 and 15 days. So Mad is not responsible for the fees charged in any customs (the buyer being responsible for the collection of the product and payment of the duties) or for the delay or loss of the order on the way.

The cost of international shipping:

– Europe: 10.5 euros.

– International (worldwide): 15 euros.

Can I request a delivery of an order to an address other than mine?

Yes, at the time of ordering, you can indicate a different address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return or exchange policy?

We work so that our clients are happy and satisfied with their orders. It will be possible to make exchanges and returns in those cases in which the item received is defective or in poor condition within 15 business days after receiving the order. For exchange or return, the order must not be damaged or used. All changes and / or returns must be sent in their original packaging. The order must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered on the day of delivery.

What do I have to do to make the exchange or return?

Please, in case of exchange or return, contact us through our email info@so-mad.es in the 10 days following the purchase date indicating your order number and informing us of the reasons why you want to change or return the item purchased through our website.
