Since 2013/14

The idea was born from four friends united by a passion, caps, if we don’t find what we like; why do not do it?

The principles were clear; Handmade caps made in Madrid, our city, being a reflection of what it means to us, its nuances and its stories, each cap having a little piece of Madrid.

We had the same taste, the same needs, and the same desire for a different cap concept. Tired of searching, we decided to manufacture.

It was a long process, we had a clear image in our heads, we investigated and we could not find the necessary resources to create them following our ideals, at this point, we decided that the production process would also be ours; from the purchase of the fabrics, to the final manufacture of the caps, all the evolution in our hands.

After a long trial and error phase, we managed to adapt our perception to reality and meet our expectations; Thus was born So Mad, a new concept of caps, manufactured in Madrid by people from Madrid for the rest of the world.

Two years later, we finally have control and knowledge of the productions. With this evolution, we have managed to combine an impeccable manufacturing in which we know consumers, we know their needs and we develop more and more complete collections.
